There is a good free UML tool which integrates with Eclipse and WSAD which can do the complete round trip engineering. You can download from http://www.omondo.com
Also,try jDes Community Edition from http://www.javaportal.co.uk/links/uml/page1.htm/
Its free and has no limitations on its use. Do reverse engineering, all the UML diagrams, SVG etc. Lightweight too!
