Just supposing that the government was reverse engineering captured alien craft?

How would the scenario play out?

Would it be hesitant about sending the technology into combat for fear of it being compromised?
Would the owners of the craft come looking for it?
Would whistle blowers really be allowed to live?

(just for fun here for anyone that wants to get some writing in)
martin- go on and continue there…
I think you’re talking about “solid-state” technology, right?

is reverse engineering part of an electronic engineering degree?

I enjoy working with electronics, and i am going to Wentworth for electronic engineering in September, but i would like to work on cracking the ps3, and i was wondering if reverse engineering was part of the curriculum or if i would just gain the knowledge needed then figure the rest out, or whats up?

i want to know if computer science contains reverse code engineering , or information technology does??

plz tell me because i want to enter university and i don’t know whether computer science contain (reverse code engineering) or information technology contains (reverse code engineering)
